2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account.

3. Products, Fitment, and Technical Information

• We sell hybrid battery products and related components.
• Product compatibility depends on correct vehicle details. You are responsible for submitting accurate Year/Make/Model and related vehicle information.
• Product photos, descriptions, and specifications are provided for general informational purposes and may be updated for accuracy.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout after shipping/billing details are provided, where required by law.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel orders affected by material errors.

5. Core Charge Deposit

• Qualifying battery purchases include a required refundable core charge deposit (currently $300 per qualifying battery unless otherwise stated).
• Core charge refunds are processed after the returned core is received and inspected according to our Core Return policy.
• Return-label or return-shipping related costs may be deducted from the refundable core deposit where disclosed at the time of sale or in our policy pages.

6. Shipping

• Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
• Contiguous U.S. orders qualify for Free Shipping; non-contiguous U.S. locations are charged according to checkout rates.
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Warranty

• Return eligibility, timing, and process are governed by our Return Policy.
• Warranty coverage and claim process are governed by our Warranty Policy.
• Unless expressly stated in writing, warranty coverage does not include labor, installation, diagnostic time, towing, downtime, or incidental/indirect costs.

8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory, pricing, fraud prevention, or address/fitment verification.
• If payment has been captured and an order is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or violate applicable laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, images, and design elements are owned by CarPill or used under permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly provided in our written warranty terms, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarPill is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarPill from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this page.
