Core Deposit

• Core deposit is collected at checkout and refunded after core inspection.

Core Return Steps

1. Request a core return label from CarPill support.
2. Pack your used core securely using original or equivalent packaging.
3. Ship using the CarPill-provided label.
4. After inspection, CarPill issues the core deposit refund.

Refund Calculation

• Base refund: $300 per approved core.
• Deduction: return shipping label cost.
• Additional deductions may apply for incomplete, severely damaged, or non-compliant core returns where allowed by law.
