CarPill ships hybrid batteries within the United States. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping Rates

• Contiguous U.S.: Free Shipping.
• Non-Contiguous U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories): $250 shipping fee.

Processing and Transit

• Orders are processed during support hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday.
• Transit times depend on destination, carrier operations, and battery-handling requirements.
• Any delivery date shown is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

• Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
• Address changes after order placement can delay shipment and may create additional carrier fees.

Core Returns and Return Labels

• Battery purchases include a refundable $300 core charge per qualifying battery.
• When your used core is returned, the core-charge refund is issued after inspection.
• Core return label cost is deducted from the core-charge refund.
