Warranty Policy

CarPill provides limited warranty coverage for eligible hybrid battery products.

Warranty Period

  • Remanufactured batteries: 1-year limited warranty from delivery date.
  • Brand New batteries: 3-year limited warranty from delivery date.

What This Warranty Covers

  • Verified defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.
  • If coverage is confirmed, CarPill will provide repair, replacement, or an equivalent battery solution.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Labor/installation costs by customer, shop, or third party.
  • Diagnostic fees, towing, rental cars, downtime, travel costs, or other indirect expenses (unless required by law).
  • Damage from misuse, improper installation, abuse, accidents, corrosion, water/fire exposure, unauthorized modifications, or tampered labels.
  • Use in a different vehicle than the original intended application.

How To Start a Warranty Claim

  • Contact CarPill support before removing or returning parts.
  • Provide order number, vehicle year/make/model, and VIN if requested.
  • Provide DTC codes, photos, and supporting diagnostic details.
  • Follow CarPill claim instructions in writing.
